Refund policy
This policy covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for advisory engagements offered by Page Ribbon Hub Consulting Co., Ltd.
Scope
These rules apply to Performance Diagnostics, Unit Turnaround Plans, Ninety-Day Recovery Sprints, and Sponsor Briefing Sessions. The site does not sell physical products, software licences, or self-serve subscriptions.
Deposits
Briefing sessions and diagnostics usually require a booking deposit stated in the proposal. Unit Turnaround Plans may require an inception payment before fieldwork begins. Deposits secure calendar time and preparation work.
Cancellation by the client
- More than 10 business days before the agreed start date: deposit refunded minus a THB 5,000 administration fee, or full credit toward a future engagement within six months.
- 5 to 10 business days before start: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Fewer than 5 business days before start, or after fieldwork has begun: deposit is non-refundable.
Work already started
Once interviews, document review, or on-site days have begun, fees for completed stages are due as set out in the milestone schedule. Unused future milestones may be cancelled with written notice; amounts already earned are not refundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is usually accepted without charge, subject to advisor availability. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee disclosed in writing before confirmation.
No-shows
If sponsor attendees fail to join a booked briefing session without 24 hours’ notice, the session fee or deposit is forfeited. A new date requires a new booking.
Recovery sprint retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Cancellation mid-month does not refund the current month once weekly cadence has started. Future months not yet billed are cancelled without charge when written notice is given before the next billing date.
Full or partial refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and no substitute date is acceptable. Partial refunds may apply when scope is reduced by mutual written agreement before the related work is performed.
Non-refundable items
Third-party meeting room fees, pre-approved travel booked at the client’s request, and completed written deliverables already delivered are non-refundable.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@page-ribbonhub.click with your proposal reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
