Cookies
This page explains what cookies are, which ones page-ribbonhub.click may use, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, when you allow it, understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your cookie choice and keep basic site functions working. Optional analytics cookies help us see which pages are visited, only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to content, forms, or engagement information.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| pageRibbonHub_cookieConsent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | 1 year (localStorage) | Page Ribbon Hub Consulting |
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors for aggregate analytics (only if accepted) | up to 2 years | Google Analytics (when enabled) |
| _gid | Distinguishes visitors for short-term analytics (only if accepted) | 24 hours | Google Analytics (when enabled) |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use Accept or Reject on our banner when it appears. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the stored preference and shows the banner again on a later visit. Browser controls can block cookies entirely; essential preference storage may then be unavailable, but pages remain readable.
Third-party cookies
If analytics are enabled after consent, third-party providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting or blocking optional analytics cookies means we collect less information about aggregate traffic. Core advisory content, contact forms, and engagement pages continue to work.
More on privacy
Personal data handling is described in our privacy policy.
