Unit Turnaround Plan
Fixed engagement fee based on unit size and data readiness. Typical duration: 6 to 10 weeks for the core plan.

What influences a quote
- Number of locations or SKUs inside the named unit
- Quality and completeness of financial and headcount packs
- Travel outside Bangkok and the number of on-site days
- Whether Thai and English board materials are both required
- Overlap with a ninety-day sprint after the plan is approved
How billing usually works
Diagnostics and briefing sessions are typically billed as fixed fees with a booking deposit. Unit Turnaround Plans are fixed engagement fees with an agreed milestone schedule. Recovery sprints are monthly retainers for the ninety-day window.
